I went home and rubbed it on my neck and shoulders. It felt just as tingly and refreshing as the expensive stuff that the massage lady had used! (This only cost $4)
“Cool Hemp Muscle Rub has traditionally been used as a therapeutic rub for sore muscles, and for overexertion, inflamed joints, and congestion.” Now they can add leg aches to the list.
The other night my son was complaining of leg aches (something that he does often) so I pulled out my tube of Hemp Rub and massaged some on his legs.
Worked like a charm!
The next night he brought me the tube and asked me to put some on his legs. (a true sign that it worked)
The only thing that I have to warn you about is the smell.
It is a very potent smell that you either love or hate (I love it but my husband doesn’t) The strong smell will make anything that the rub has touched smell like it (clothes, sheets, towels). It is probably not something that you would want to put on before going out in public but it is fine for bedtime or just hanging around the house. ;-)
I know there are people who are allergic to some natural ingredients so here is the list: Certified Organic Canadian Cannabis Sativa (Hemp) Seed Oil, Candelilla Wax, (Certified Organic Olive, Organic Sunflower, or Certified Canola Oil), (Essential Oils of: Camphor, Spearmint, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Cinnamon Leaf, Wintergreen, Clove, Thyme, and Rosemary), Menthol Crystals, Camphor Crystals, Vitamin E, Rosemary Extract.
Most natural stores carry the Hemp Rub. I also found an on-line store called The Happy Fish which carries it.
Next time you have sore muscles try Cool Hemp Muscle Rub by The Merry Hempsters and let me know if it worked as well for you as it did for my son and I.
Go Green: Whenever possible buy local, organic, natural products.
